It is always important to start with your restaurant franchise goals for the area you are interested in. At Westside Pizza, you will work through all of the various factors with our corporate development team.

Which Westside Pizza store type will fit the town’s needs or do you have a preference to a Westside Pizza Go vs a Westside Pizza Dine In? A Westside Pizza Go which focuses on take out and delivery will only require 1,200 - 1,600 square feet while a Westside Pizza Dine In will need to operate in a unit more geared towards dine in with 1,800 - 3,000 square feet.

After we have these details, we can work with our master brokers (LocateAI) and their local partners to identify potential units. LocateAI analyzes consumer behavior patterns with the largest mobile database in the industry. They utilize thousands of demographic variables, psychographics, business locations, drive times, and walk times for any location in the US which helps us analyze the viability of potential locations. Once we receive several location options that line up with your goals, we will visit the city with you and the development team to evaluate each location in person and either approve or reject the listing.
